This award recognises the organisational head who has created an impact globally through inspirational leadership. Qualities such as innovation, community service, and the ability to effectively capitalise on global trends in ways that have helped develop the business, will be reviewed.

This award will be presented to an Indian head-quartered multinational company that has sustained robust growth during the past year. It must also have spearheaded sectoral innovation in India; enhanced quality, service levels and the overall customer experience within the Indian market; and has successfully competed with international MNEs in Indian or international markets.

This award will be presented to an internationally head-quartered multinational company that has sustained robust growth during the past year. It must also have spearheaded sectoral innovation in its sector globally; and elevated quality, service levels and the overall customer experience in its global markets, including India.

This award will be presented to an individual under 40 years of age by the close of the IIBAAs nominations process, who has demonstrated significant achievement in the creation, management and growth of a new or existing business enterprise. The recipient of this award will be a person who has made his or her own mark, without an inherited legacy, and built the foundations of a flourishing business organisation.

This award will be presented to the business organisation - Indian or International - that has acted as an exemplary role model in India- by contributing meaningfully to social and civic welfare. This organisation will have proved itself to be a leader in CSR by virtue of its investment, innovation and unfailing commitment to its social and civic projects.
